Lorretta began her journey over ten years ago with the gifted Master Healer Helen Gruchalla. With little previous knowledge, Lorretta experienced a significant shift in “well being” and went on to study Reiki Level 1 and 2 with Helen so she could treat herself and her family. Lorretta came to understand that the gift of Reiki could have a dramatic and lasting impact on the healing process of others and in 2001 received her Master Attunement from Master Stefan Tsirikos with whom she continues to study Reiki and Metaphysical Inquiry.
Lorretta’s love for people and passion for Reiki are a welcome addition to the staff of Naturally Be. Lorretta is available by appointment for Reiki, Jade facials and Lymphatic Drainage massage.
Eleanor Hayward is excited to be part of the team at Naturally Be Wellness Centre. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and a graduate of Sir Sandford Fleming College in Peterborough. She feels everyone can and should benefit from regular massage treatments. Massage helps relax tight muscles, improve circulation, and stimulate the immune system, amongst other effects, to help manage with our daily life stressors, or recovery from various conditions and injuries.
Eleanor also integrates Reiki, an intention based Japanese energy work which subtly assists energy flow through mind body and spirit, assisting the body to better heal itself.
She is currently studying Energy Psychology at the College of International Holistic Studies, training to help people with everyday mental and emotional issues. She believes true healing comes from the inside out, but will educate and encourage her clients so it is easier for them to do so.
